At Vietnam Hikers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
